I also need to get balanced. I have to remember to do some things for myself, to keep my sanity.
I think we found "our" church. If so, that will help tremendously.
I'm going to just go ahead and make a couple lists. I'll come back and edit as I think about these things.
Things I want to do for myself:
- time for God, reflecting
- reading
- learn how to knit
- make crosses
- finish school (2 classes & my thesis left!)
Things I want to do with the kids:
- school
- learn to speak Spanish
- one field trip per month
- scrapbooking
- making blankets
- some kind of Bible study
Things I want to do with Rudy:
- have down time after the kids go to bed - no distractions
- one date night a month
Things I need to do around the house:
- get it organized!
- keep it running smoother
- develop a system that works for us
Upcoming challenges:
- The 40 day diet Rudy & I are starting on Tuesday
